Common questions
Do you come to us?
Yes. The 25-foot mobile game theater comes to your Rapid City home, party venue or approved event location. Travel pricing is calculated from the event address during booking.
What consoles do you have?
Our trailer features Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 gaming stations. The available game library changes, so specific titles are not guaranteed at every event.
How long are the parties?
Standard birthday packages are available in two-, three- and four-hour options, with different player limits.
How far in advance can I book?
Online booking is available up to 12 months in advance, subject to the dates and times shown in the booking system.
Can I add extras to my party?
Yes. Available add-ons are shown during the booking process and can be selected before you reserve your time.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in the Rapid City area and serve Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills region. Enter your event address during booking to see applicable travel pricing.
Can I book you at a location that isn't my property?
Yes, but you are responsible for getting permission from the property owner or venue before booking and for making any required reservations or arrangements with that location. This includes communicating with apartments, hotels, parks, schools, businesses, HOAs or other property managers, as well as obtaining any required permits or parking approval. Rolling Video Games provides the mobile entertainment service only and does not contact the property owner, reserve the location, obtain permits, or make arrangements on your behalf. Please make sure the location is approved and ready for our trailer before your event.
Can you handle events larger than 24 players?
Yes. Schools, fundraisers, festivals, post-prom events and other larger or custom events can be arranged through our Large Event Quote process.
