Use this form for schools, post-proms, fundraisers, festivals, overnight events, unusually long events, or anything that needs a custom schedule or travel plan. We will review the details and send a custom quote instead of forcing the event into a standard party package.

How custom travel is handledStandard party mileage pricing is not automatically forced onto custom events. We review the actual event schedule and distance first. If lodging, unusual travel, or overnight staffing is appropriate, it can be shown as its own line item on the quote so you can review the full cost before paying.
